1 store bought thin crust pizza dough
1 ½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken
½ cup Cookies Sweet “N” Spicy Barbecue Sauce
8 large slices provolone cheese
1 T Italian seasoning
1 egg white
1 T water
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish and set
aside.
On a large cutting board, unroll the pizza dough.
Layer on the ingredients in this order – ½ of the barbecue sauce, cheese,
rotisserie chicken, Italian seasoning and the remaining barbecue sauce – not
extending the filling all the way to the sides, leave a ½ inch of pizza dough
remaining.
You will roll up the pizza dough horizontally. Start by folding in the sides, then
gently tuck all ingredients and roll into a tube-shaped form. Pinch the seams
together at the end to keep everything inside.
Using a serrated knife cut the dough into 8 pieces and place them into the
greased dish.
In a small bowl whisk the egg white and water together and using a pastry brush
brush the egg white mixture over the pizza rolls.
Bake for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Serve warm with extra barbecue sauce for dipping.
