Buffalo Chicken Tater Tot Casserole

INGREDIENTS:

3 cups chicken, cooked (cubes or shredded)
10.5 oz. can of cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup ranch dressing (+ add’l to drizzle)
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Cookies Wings-N-Things Buffalo Sauce
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup milk
1 t. onion powder
1 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. pepper
32 oz. bag frozen tater tots

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients (except for the tater tots) and mix well. Pour this mixture into the bottom of the baking dish and spread in an even layer.
3. Lay the tater tots on top of the casserole in an even layer.
4. Bake for 30 minutes or until it’s bubbly and the tater tots are crispy.
5. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving. Drizzle with extra ranch dressing if desired.
