15 King’s Hawaiian Rolls, split in half
8 slices provolone cheese
1 lb sliced roast beef
½ cup Cookies Sweet Hickory BBQ sauce (or your favorite flavor of Cookies BBQ sauce)
3 oz. French’s Fried Onions
1 stick butter, melted
½ of a 2 oz. dry Au Jus packet
½ of a 2 oz. dry Onion Soup Mix packet
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
To assemble the sliders – lay down the bottom half of the slider buns, provolone cheese, roast beef, bbq sauce, fried onions and then the top half of the slider buns.
In a bowl melt the stick of butter in the microwave, then add in the seasonings stirring to combine. Using a pastry brush pour and brush the melted seasoned butter over the top of the buns.
Lightly cover the dish with tin foil, tenting it in the middle so the foil doesn’t touch the slider buns.
Bake for 25 minutes until warmed through and the cheese is melted. Take a knife and gently cut in between the sliders before serving.
