Cut off and discard tips of chicken wings. Cut wings at joints to form 24 pieces.
Melt 2 tablespoons of the butter or margarine in a 13x9x2 inch baking pan in a 425 degree oven. Coat wings with flour and place in pan. Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Turn and bake for 20-25 minutes more. Remove from oven and drain on paper towels. Place wings in large bowl and combine with Wings-N-Things and Flavor Enhancer. Toss until evenly coated.
