1-2 lbs. cocktail smokies
1 bottle of beer (can be N/A)
Place cocktail smokies in a 2-4 quart pan. Add just enough beer to cover the smokies.
Bring to a boil and turn heat down to simmer. Simmer for 15 minutes. (The Sauceman does this to eliminate some of the salt and fat.)
Drain and then add your favorite Cookies BBQ sauce to taste. Bring back to temperature and serve. An easy, delicious snack!
