2 T. cooking oil
4 – 6-8 oz. pork chops, ¾ inch thick
1 – 32 oz. jar sauerkraut
¼ c. brown sugar
Cookies Flavor Enhancer to taste
¼ tsp. caraway seeds (optional)
Lightly coat skillet with oil and heat over medium heat. Brown pork chops on both sides in hot skillet. Season with Flavor Enhancer to suit your taste. After nicely browned, cover with sauerkraut, brown sugar and if desired, caraway seeds. Heat to boiling and reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes or until tender.
