Rack(s) of St. Louis-style spare ribs
Cookies Flavor Enhancer
Cookies Sweet Hickory BBQ Sauce (or your favorite Cookies BBQ sauce flavor)
Preheat smoker to 250-275 degrees. Season ribs with Cookies Flavor Enhancer and let sit approximately 30 minutes before placing on your smoker, bone side down. Cook for approximately 3+ hours until meat temperature between the bones reaches 185 degrees. Glaze with Sweet Hickory BBQ Sauce (or your favorite Cookies BBQ sauce flavor) and return to smoker for another 15-20 minutes to allow sauce to caramelize on ribs. Ribs can be wrapped in foil and held in a 200 degrees oven for 30-45 minutes to make them even more tender, or they can be enjoyed immediately coming off the smoker.
*For back ribs, use this same recipe but check the temperature of the meat after approximately 2+ hours.
*For sweeter ribs, mix a sprinkling of brown sugar with the Cookies Flavor Enhancer when seasoning.
