3/4 lb. ground ham
1/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. Cookies Korean BBQ Sauce
1 large egg
1 T. yellow mustard
1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients. Form ham mixture into small balls, placing on a parchment papered pan. Bake in preheated oven until browned, approximately 25 minutes.
Remove from pan and Bruce tops of ham balls with Cookies Korean BBQ Sauce.
