Two (2) chuck roasts
Tw0 (2) 10 1/2-oz. cans condensed beef broth
One (1) packet of brown gravy mix
Cookies Flavor Enhancer
White sandwich bread
Prepared mashed potatoes (Steam & Mash potatoes work well for a shortcut)
Season 2 chuck roasts with Cookies Flavor Enhancer.
Place in crockpot with beef stock on low for about 8 hours.
Shred the roasts and add a packet of Brown Gravy Mix. Combine and let meat stand approximately 10 minutes with lid off the crockpot.
Serve meat over mashed potatoes and a slice of white bread for a traditional Midwestern Hot Beef Plate.
