1 can (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 lb. lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1 c. Cookies Taco Sauce
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded cheese
1 – 14 oz. package tortilla chips, plain or seasoned (crushed)
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Unroll dough; separate into 8 triangles. Place in lightly greased glass pie pan.; press over bottom to form crust. Pre-bake for 5-7 minutes.
In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium heat 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in Cookies Taco Sauce; simmer 5 minutes. Place layer of chips in crust-lined pan, spoon meat mixture on top of chips, spread sour cream on top of meat, and sprinkle with cheese and remaining crushed tortilla chips.
Bake 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Serve topped with lettuce and tomato, if desired.
