2 lbs bacon (thick cut if available)
1 Tbsp Cookies Flavor Enhancer (divided)
2 lbs ground beef (85%)
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 green onions, sliced up
1 20 oz. bottle Cookies Korean Sauce
This recipe is best if it is done in a smoker. Preheat smoker to 250 degrees. Make a bacon weave with approx. 16 slices of the bacon. Season with Cookies Flavor Enhancer. Cook an additional 6-8 slices until well done, drain and crumble the bacon. Mix the ground beef with 2 tsp of Cookies Flavor Enhancer and the Cookies Korean Sauce, flatten out to the size of the bacon weave. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon, sliced onions and cheese on top of the ground beef. Roll woven bacon around the ground beef loaf tightly. Put seam side down on a piece of foil in your smoker. Cook in smoker for about 1 1/2 hours and brush with Cookies Korean Sauce. Continue smoking until meat reaches 160 degrees. Remove from smoker and let it rest for 20-30 minutes. Slice and serve on a sandwich or eat it plain. Enjoy!!
