Crepes:
1 ½ cup milk
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon sugar
2 eggs
Apple Filling:
4 apples
½ stick butter
½ cup brown sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Mix crepe ingredients well and fry in a medium pan. They will be thin.
Peel and cut apples. Place in a covered skilled with the rest of the filling ingredients. Fry or simmer for 15 minutes and serve on top of crepes.
