2 large cans whole tomatoes
½ c. chopped onions
2 cans kidney beans
2 lbs. ground beef or pork
2 tsp. Cookies Flavor Enhancer
1 – 16 oz. jar Cookies Premium Salsa (Medium or Mild)
Brown ground meat and onion. Drain off excess liquid. Add the rest of the ingredients without draining and simmer for at least 2 hours.
Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream and green onions on the top.
