1 lb. salmon (cut into individual servings if desired)
1 T. extra-virgin olive oil
1 T. Cookies Flavor Enhancer (for a sweeter glazed salmon, add 1/2 tsp. brown sugar)
1/3 cup Cookies Korean BBQ sauce (more or less to taste)
Turn on oven broiler. Line rimmed baking sheet with foil and spread olive oil on center of baking sheet, ensuring there is enough oil to cover surface area for the size of the salmon filet(s). Place salmon skin side up on top of oil on baking sheet & season with Flavor Enhancer. Flip filet(s) over so skin side is down and season with remaining Flavor Enhancer. Brush the top of salmon with approximately one half of the reserved Korean BBQ sauce. Broil on high on the top oven rack, leaving the oven door ajar, for approximately 5 minutes. Remove salmon and brush with additional Cookies Korean sauce, broil for approximately 5 additional minutes until the salmon is fully cooked and the glaze is caramelized. Ensure the salmon flakes apart easily with a fork, repeating the glaze/broil step a third time if necessary. Sprinkle with scallions or parsley and enjoy!
