1 lb. lean ground beef (or pork)
1 tsp. Cookies Flavor Enhancer
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 1/2 c. water
1 c. Cookies Premium Salsa (mild or medium)
1 – 14 oz. package Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
1 – 11 oz. can Green Giant Mexican, drained
1 green onion, chopped
1/2 c. Mexican blend shredded cheese (optional)
Brown ground meat and chopped onion seasoned with Cookies Flavor Enhancer. Add water, salsa and macaroni. Stir and bring to boil.
Reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally. Add corn and cheese sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
Top with chopped green onion and shredded cheese if desired.
