Mix can of beer with the liquid smoke. Pour marinade over ribs and place in refrigerator overnight or a minimum of 4 hours. Remove ribs from marinade and place on individual pieces of foil. Season with Cookies Flavor Enhancer and seal foil tight. Bake at 300 degrees for approximately 2 hours. Remove ribs from foil. Drain and pat ribs dry. Cover with Cookies Western Style BBQ Sauce. Place back in oven for an additional 30 to 45 minutes.
