1 lb. flank steak
1 T. cornstarch
2 T. canola or sesame oil
1 medium yellow onion, cut into petals*
2 bell peppers (any color), cut into thin strips*
1 c. Cookies Korean BBQ Sauce
Cooked rice or noodles
*Note: You can also add/substitute your favorite stir fry veggies.
Cut steak into thin strips (1/8 – 1/4 inch thick). Put oil in pan over medium/high heat and when hot, add meat and cook until it is just done. Remove meat and put in covered bowl.
Place cut up vegetables in pan with a little water (1/4 c.) and stir fry for 3-4 minutes. Add meat back into pan with the vegetables, add the Cookies Korean BBQ sauce and heat through for about 1-2 minutes.
Serve over rice or noodles.
