1 8oz. package cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. Cookies Korean Stir Fry, BBQ & Wing Sauce
1/2 c. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
10 oz. cooked & shredded chicken meat (can use canned white chicken)
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Thinly sliced green onions (optional)
Corn/tortilla chips or crackers
Celery sticks
In small bowl, combine cream cheese, Cookies Korean sauce and dressing. Stir in chicken. Spread into an ungreased 11×17 baking dish. Sprinkle w/ cheddar cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until heated through. If desired, sprinkle with green onions. Serve with celery sticks, chips or crackers.
Quick version: Microwave cream cheese until soft, remove from microwave and stir in Cookies Korean sauce and dressing. Then, add the shredded chicken meat. Return to microwave and heat for approximately 2 minutes at 40% power. Put in small crockpot (1 1/2 quart size) and keep warm.
